These terms explain how we work, what you can expect, and how we protect both sides.

1) Scope and service delivery

GrowthNexus provides software, web development, AI solutions, and digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria are defined in writing (for example: a proposal, statement of work, or project plan).

  • Anything not explicitly included in scope is considered a change request.
  • We may use trusted third‑party tools (hosting, email, analytics) to deliver the service.

2) Client responsibilities

To keep projects fast and high quality, you agree to provide timely access, content, approvals, and feedback. Delays in client feedback can impact timelines.

3) Change requests and revisions

If you request changes outside the agreed scope, we will confirm impact on time and budget before starting. Reasonable revisions within scope are included as described in your written agreement.

4) Accounts and platform use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity performed under your account. You must not misuse the platform (for example: attempting to access other users’ data or disrupting service).

5) Intellectual property

  • Your pre‑existing content (logos, text, brand assets) remains yours.
  • Project outputs are transferred as agreed in writing after required obligations are completed (for example: delivery acceptance).
  • We may reuse general know‑how, patterns, and non‑client‑specific components in future work.

6) Cancellation and refunds

We keep cancellations fair and simple:

  • You may cancel a new request within 24 hours to request a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, if work has started or resources have been allocated, refunds may be reduced to cover time already spent.
  • Custom work that has been delivered or approved is generally non‑refundable, unless your written agreement states otherwise.

We do not describe payment methods on this page; any payment details are handled privately in your agreement.

7) Warranty and limitations

We work to professional standards, but software and online services can be affected by third‑party providers, network issues, or changing platforms. Except where prohibited by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond what is written in your agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthNexus will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits). Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless your written agreement states otherwise.
