• If there is a problem, we may contact you by email to request more details or explain a return process

4) Shared account data between GrowthNexus and GrowthSystem

When shared account mode is enabled, the profile details needed for access can sync between GrowthNexus and GrowthSystem so your identity, status, and profile image stay aligned across both services.

5) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the services, support, legal obligations, security review, or dispute handling connected to your account or subscription.
