1) What we collect

• Account access details such as last login time, approximate IP/device history, and security events
• Messages, support requests, and subscription checkout details including plan, billing period, payment method, and receipt file

2) Why we use it

We use your information to provide account access, support, platform security, manual subscription review, service delivery, and communication about your requests.

3) Payments and subscription review

If you submit a GrowthSystem subscription request through GrowthNexus, we use your payment details and uploaded receipt only for manual review, fraud checks, order support, and approval or rejection updates.

• Receipt files are reviewed only by authorized staff
• Manual payment requests may stay in records for support, security, and dispute handling
• If there is a problem, we may contact you by email to request more details or explain a return process

4) Shared account data between GrowthNexus and GrowthSystem

When shared account mode is enabled, the profile details needed for access can sync between GrowthNexus and GrowthSystem so your identity, status, and profile image stay aligned across both services.

5) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the services, support, legal obligations, security review, or dispute handling connected to your account or subscription.

6) Advertising measurement (Meta pixel)

If — and only if — you turn on Marketing in the privacy banner, the Business Control page loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel. Until you do, nothing is requested from Meta, no advertising cookie is written, and no event is sent. With it on, the pixel sets a cookie in your browser and tells Meta that a visit reached certain steps of the Business Control page: viewing the offer, starting payment, submitting payment proof, and access being granted. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number or your audit answers. You can change or withdraw this at any time from the privacy settings; withdrawing stops any further events immediately. The rest of our website measurement is separate and uses no cookie and no stored IP address at all.

7) Your choices

• You can request account deletion where available
• You can contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data

8) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfect. Please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
