These terms explain how GrowthNexus services, GrowthSystem subscriptions, and shared account access are handled.

1) Scope of service

GrowthNexus provides software, web, AI, marketing, and platform services. The final scope, delivery timeline, and obligations are confirmed by written agreement, order flow, or approved plan details.

2) Account and platform use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity performed under your account. You must not misuse the platform or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

3) Subscription purchases

GrowthSystem subscriptions sold through GrowthNexus are reviewed manually before activation.

  • You must send the exact amount shown during checkout for the plan and billing period you selected
  • You must upload a real, clear, and unedited payment receipt image or PDF
  • GrowthNexus may pause, reject, or request more information if a payment looks incomplete, inconsistent, or unsafe to approve

4) Processing and communication

Manual review can take around 20 minutes to several hours depending on workload and payment clarity. We may contact you by email to approve, reject, ask for clarification, or provide order updates.

5) Returns and payment issues

If there is a verified payment problem, GrowthNexus may offer a manual correction or return path depending on the payment method and review result. Returns are not automatic and require support review.

6) Shared account access between GrowthNexus and GrowthSystem

Some profile details may be synchronized between GrowthNexus and GrowthSystem so your account identity, profile image, and status stay aligned. Shared credentials do not automatically grant access to every organization or feature.

7) Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during signup, checkout, and support requests
  • Use your own legal payment details and real proof of payment
  • Respond in a reasonable time if our team requests clarification

8) Limitations

GrowthNexus is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete payment proof, false receipts, third-party payment outages, hosting issues, or user-provided errors.
